Hedingham School is delighted with the fantastic Progress 8 outcome of 0.24. Progress 8 aims to capture the progress a student makes from the end of primary school to the end of secondary school. Students’ results are compared to the actual achievements of other students nationally with the same prior attainment.
Headteacher, John Panayi, commented, “I am particularly proud of our Progress 8 score as it reflects the achievement of all students. A positive score of 0.24 effectively means that students are achieving a quarter of a grade higher, in every subject, than they were expected to when they arrived at Hedingham School. Our Progress 8 score has consistently been positive over the last few years and it is very pleasing to see the hard work of our students, staff, parents and governors validated in this way
